Good Friday in the German community in Minnesota has been a day to come together in worship. This year we gather at 10am in the beautiful St Paul's United Church of Christ in Saint Paul on Friday, April 7. Music, communion, and the Seven Last Words of Christ on the Cross. More details here.

Organist, conductor, composer, and teacher, Max Reger arranged a lovely set of sacred folksongs for chorus. On Karfreitag we sing one of them, "Wer sich des Maien freuet."
